We are seeking a proactive and established Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our truly global Talent Acquisition team. Based in our Shanghai office, you will play a pivotal role in the company’s expansion across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. You will be the strategic lead for attracting and identifying top-tier talent for our Corporate (Operations, Finance, People) and Commercial functions across our key regional hubs. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will not only execute sourcing plans for Mainland China but also lead stakeholder engagement and build scalable hiring solutions for markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and Australia. You will be instrumental in harmonising local market nuances with our global talent strategy, ensuring we remain competitive in the fast-evolving APAC FinTech landscape.
