We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Process Specialist to bridge the gap between high-level process strategy and daily execution. In this role, you will work closely with functional SMEs to understand process gaps and work with Senior Process Architects to take broad process designs and translate them into actionable, user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures. Your mission is not just to document how things should work, but to ensure these processes are adopted by the team. You will be the champion of Change Management, ensuring that new workflows are understood, embraced, and continuously refined based on real-world feedback. How you’ll make an impact - Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, or points of friction. Conduct shadowing sessions (side-by-sides), user interviews, and data analysis to identify the root causes of inefficiency. - Translate high-level architectural designs into clear, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures.
