Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is seeking a dedicated Commercial Paralegal to join our Legal Team to support its rapid business growth. You’ll be part of our global Commercial Legal team, a dynamic and innovative team of commercial lawyers with deep payments and technology expertise. You will partner with stakeholders across the business on a broad range of commercial matters globally. How you’ll make an impact - Contract Negotiation - negotiating commercial agreements (merchant, supplier and partner) and amendments/accessions, defending Checkout’s playbook positions and collaborating with our team of expert Legal Counsels to accommodate deviations. - Commercial Advisory: providing creative and commercially-focussed advisory support to stakeholders across Checkout’s range of commercial matters globally (e.g. Sales, Account Management, Financial Partnerships, Procurement). - Strategic Projects: contributing to Checkout’s strategic expansion projects, building new products and advancing into new territor
