The Revenue Enablement Manager will be responsible for supporting the US Commercial teams, and wider Revenue Enablement team with training delivery, enablement activation initiatives, content production, process management and improvements, reporting and communication. What you will be doing: - Curate and deliver new joiners onboarding programs - Become a qualified SME in our proprietary Sales Methodology - Collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams such as Commercial, People, Product, Operations and Marketing teams. - Deliver high-impact workshops and coaching sessions that drive behavioral change to new joiners and existing teams in Commercial - Build and refine enablement initiatives aiming to support performance improvements - Field ad hoc content and support requests from the Enablement leads when onboarding specific Commercial roles in the region. - Build training and content for e-learning and live in-person training (including Video content, Slides, and Docs) - Promote
