Existing platform-specific industry knowledge and network are a valuable bonus. What you’ll do - Be the technical owner throughout the partner integration lifecycle, including technical discovery with partner, selection and SOW process for System Integrators for building new integrations, and technical project management. - Be the interface between partnerships and product/engineering teams, both internally and externally. - Provide subject matter expertise on platforms for merchants, assist merchant RFPs and technical questions wherever platforms are relevant, and be the escalation point for routing issues to partner technical contacts - Provide input to partnership and product teams on technology trends, integration gaps, future features and platform product roadmaps. - Technical evangelist for platform partners internally and ext
