And beyond. 🎥 THE VIDEO CREATIVE JOB Video is core to Alan’s content strategy for 2026 and beyond. We're building a content engine that turns Alan into a recognisable, culturally relevant brand on the future of health, not a generic insurance company. The Video Creative role sits inside the Brand team and works closely with Social, Content, Design, and AI Ops to turn Alan into a brand people actively love and follow. We're looking for a hands-on, social-native Video Creative. Someone who can invent, edit, design formats, and build a scalable distribution system. You'll architect repeatable, recognisable formats that compound over time, and the production workflows that turn one production into dozens of touchpoints across platforms and markets. You'll have real ownership over what gets made and how it scales. Social is something you master: hooks
