In this role, you'll manage the renewals process for a portfolio of existing customer accounts - working cross-functionally with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Account Executives (AEs), and internal teams to support strong customer retention and long-term relationships. Your work connects directly to 1Password's mission of keeping people and businesses safe online.
